JOB DETAILS

Work location: Based in Calgary, with travel to various locations in Alberta (exact locations are hailstorm  dependent; may be required to work at clients’ lots and pop-up shops throughout Alberta).

Anticipated Start date: Spring/Summer 2026 (exact start date is dependent on when hailstorm events occur).

Terms of Contract: Short-Term/Seasonal Contract; approximately 6 months, depending on the severity  of hailstorms.  

Hours: Full-Time, 40 to 60 hours per week (hailstorms and workload-dependent), may include mornings, days, and weekends.

Wage: $38.00/Hour + 40% Commissions per Piece + Performance bonus and Retention bonus, per  company policy

Work Site Environment: Noisy

REQUIREMENTS

Language: English

Experience: 2 years of relevant experience  

Area of Work: Body components, Paintless Dent Repair for Catastrophic Hail Losses

DUTIES

• Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed • Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) – Use of massaging procedure to smooth metal dents from inside  vehicles

• Clean and maintain workspace
